Whoever...the SEC or Nasdaq, both involved in getting uplisted. I know the process, as do you apparently. Everything else you have mentioned in your post i have already read on the s1 so you're telling me nothing I don't already know. What I want you to tell me is how you get such a high "discount" to Aegis' shares (with no proof) when the average is around 7%. Please explain your reasoning with facts, preferably links...to show us all you aren't just making up numbers in your head.
