Aegis is an underwriter, they are going to immediately be selling a great majority of the offering to their broker clients. They will make a profit on the difference between what their broker clients will be willing to pay and how much they discount that in their offer to SBFM. And you can absolutely count on Aegis’ clients wanting a discount so they can do the same thing in selling the stock to their customers in the market:
