Very true, he tried to sell those notes to Roots who is the former CEO of Appreciated Media shell before Stephen Brown took over. Liar and con artist represented he could sell the notes, took his money, then Auctus converted them. Broke boy Stephen Brown didn't give the money back nor did he issue shares.

Those discussions ended with Auctus converting and liar Stephen Brown keeping Roots money.
