The "taking-custody" route had been effective before the September 28 mandatory RULE change ..... which seemingly became a slick method to "pick-the pockets" of retail Investors ..... and legally allow OTC Markets to sell shares at $1 per million !!! ..... to elite designated Investors ONLY !!! .....

While the taking-custody strategy has forced some "pink-sheet" OTC tickers to become financially current or LOSE control of their former alleged business .....

While most PZOO Investors have noticed PZOO actually appears to HAVE a seeming REVENUE STREAM in motion Since 2017 !!! ..... So why the continual stalling by PZOO ? !!! ..... Self-serving GREED ? !!! .....
