I appreciate your reply, you obviously know more about Joe Manchin's position than I do, my opinions are based on what I hear from national TV and I know that can be very biased and dishonest at times. I am aware of his position on H2 & CCUSS but haven't heard him talk at great length on the subject. I hope you are spot on, if he comes out and starts pushing climate action and "Vocalizes His Support" on the national stage I will go from critic to supporter. I hope the Republicans take a much more open and aggressive stance regarding climate change, if they do we will take a huge step towards uniting against the common enemy= CO2... TYVM fellow H2 Nerd..LOL
