Peloton is likely going to report its third straight quarter of revenue declines next month and the need for a restructuring will continue to grow. Because the pandemic is waning, top line risks are only going to increase in FY 2022. The conclusion is that shares of Peloton should be avoided!

My concern is originally the thought was the smart mirror would free the consumer from being tethered to a smart phone when at home. Rather, one could argue the smart phone frees up the consumer from smart devices including mirrors.

The cost, $800 to $1,000 takes CAPC to a new sales paradigm. With the old CAPC LED puck lights, a consumer would aisle shop in Costco and pick up a $19.95 set of lights on an impulse buy. Now a consumer must consciously weigh the value and cost and make a planned purchase decision.

One final comment. I have tremendous respect for Mr Wallach's experience and business acumen. I'm just wondering if Capstone can pull this off
