That is a pretty round about way to describe the simple concept of supply and demand and associated price movement for a stock…and I am not sure many shareholders look at their account balances as their “inventory”…but hey…maybe some do.

So let’s analyze what we know from the simple perspective of supply and demand.

1) George and Sapi bought 250 million warrants for $0.0016 each. Each warrant gave them the opportunity to buy a share of stock for $0.20.

2) We know they started exercising the warrants.

3) 103 million new shares were able to have their restrictive legend removed. Since the only source of free trading stock at the beginning of December would be the warrants that is where they came from….I know you disagree….but regardless, the SOURCE of the unrestricted stock has zero to do with the supply and demand aspect of this…we know the supply of free trading stock since early December went up 103 million.

4) We know that 84 million of that new unrestricted stock has been sold into the market because of the increase in DTC deposits.

5) We know that the price of the stock has fallen during that time (because the new supply was greater than the demand) to the tune of about 40%…but has stayed about the $0.20 strike price for the warrants so they have been in the money the entire time.

So…there is nothing in the “math” that says it can’t be the warrants (which you have suggested)…or the Pref B for that matter.

The only difference, which we disagree on, is that the Pref B are not eligible to have their legends removed until Feb 26…but that is not a question of math…but of regulation.
