A thought occurred to me yesterday:

Did you say that you were watching NorthView from about April 2021? I found this in the media:

NorthView Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”)is a newly organized blank check company incorporated in Delaware on April 19, 2021.

And didn't AXIM acquire Sapphire around (or just before) April 2021?

I wonder if Peter in part got the idea for NorthView (which, BTW, his office in Manhattan faces uptown) from watching AXIM acquire Sapphire?

Also, I'm pretty sure (actually, pretty certain) the intent is NOT to take Empowered public, but rather something more like another Biotech company, AND that - based on the PR from yesterday - a target is already very seriously being considered.

I think it is odd that NorthView is soooo quickly (less than 1 month after its IPO) dismantling its units into 3 different tradeable entities. I would have though splitting up units like such would only happen right before a target announcement is made public.

Hmmmmmmmmmm..........

I don't think it will be too much longer before NorthView announces its intentions.

I just wonder which will come first. that or the AXIM EUA.............
