yeah, i genuinely don't understand why the hearing today --- how the commons rallied after that, haha;

literally makes no sense. maybe they think the probability increased that the en banc wont issue much more than a remand and so they live to fight another day with the hopes of winning the rop case before settlement to put the nws back in the bag? i dont know.
