I know this is a reach but is it possible since the last filing was a change in beneficial ownership on 12/29 along with incorporating human brands that they may be in a 30 day quiet period? I say that because for right at 4 years they've been up to date on their filings with no issues, which is one of the reasons that people have invested in this stock.

The above scenario doesn't really fit the narrative for a 30 day quiet period but is something I would rather believe than just the fact that they're being irresponsible to their shareholders. There has to be a legitimate reason that they are so late!
