The efficacy of the 150 dose is sub par. Add back should help Orlissa at the 400 a day dose, and ABBV did a trial (I didn't see if they reported yet). However Myfembree has the data in hand which looks great, is a nice fixed dose combo once a day - easy to write for, easy to take - I just think it is poised to do really well in this indication (not that the fibroid indication is a loser but the options for endo are much more limited and incentives for MDs to prescribe different)
