They were losing money from 2018 forward and had serious debt issues.
Basically diluted the stock by selling more shares.

A lot of risk with Greek shipping companies - financial issues in Greece, worldwide shipping issues, etc. But they seem to be turning things around, it may take a while.

If we have a quarter with good results, you may see a pop for a quick profit. if not, a little patience - I think in a year this will be $2
