Well the SEC reporting thing is a bit of a double edged sword…being SEC reporting will remove a roadblock for investors that are not interested in non-reporting companies…

BUT….

since they are becoming SEC reporting via a secondary offering a shit load of stock becomes free trading upon effectiveness….like about 250 million shares worth.

That could put a pretty significant damper on things.
