Off topic: The 'royalty companies' lend money to the miners, in return for cash royalties on smeltered or PM ore that the miners produce. $GROY, $MMX, $SAND, $RGLD, etcetera... Most pay a dividend.

I love them because they lend cash to numerous mining companies, and the $$$ returns to the royalty companies (from the miners) eventually becomes huge!

$PAAS that you mentioned is bound at the hip with Maverick Metals for instance. Royalty companies pass their returns off to shareholders in larger dividends as they grow.
