The hottest sauce I've ever tasted was something I picked up in Jamaica a couple of years ago. I used it all so can't tell you the name. I think I'll do a Google and see if anything they have rings a bell. Will let you know. I think it had the name "bonnet" on the label.

Speaking of Habaneros...I wonder if I could grow them here. I tried Poblanos for the first time this year and am still harvesting a few. Have a recipe for a great cream sauce that includes these peppers. I'll check my files and post it later.
