In the show, the presenter presses one of the land's residents, Rich, who's helping build the community buildings, if there's any truth that the community is a cult.

Rich's answer is very diplomatic: "We have a culture of 60-odd million people in this country and that's comprised of a number of understood traditional ways of doing things.

"Emma is creating something that's driven by a spiritual and ecological vision of our place in nature and that's contrasting with the culture at large. So, I think the question is what constitutes a cult?"
