LOL. Well, like I said, we are about to find out if the deal closed or not. Remember the Answer is due Feb. 1. It has been my experience that when parties settle a case, they do it BEFORE the Answer is due--to save the time and expense of having to file one. Therefore, I believe we are going to know, one way or the other, by the end of next week at the LATEST. Because if they don't settle by then, then the defendants' attorneys are going to be working OVERTIME next weekend to get the Answer drafted making the expense to file one even MORE expensive. I honestly don't think that's going to happen.
