If I extrapolate the 1994 rising trendline thru the April lows, I get around 1732, close to your 1750 number. This trendline also equates to a "simple" growth rate of 16.67% per annum, equivalent to a compounded growth rate of approx 8%, not unrealistic for OTC stocks, given the 7% long term growth rate for the S&P companies.

Thanx for straightening me out (from the 1500 number). Your analysis is closer to "fundamentals".
