When somebody buys something with a signed purchase agreement, takes delivery of it, they need to pay for it.
And that's EXACTLY what I've been saying. My EXACT words:
"It is my opinion OPTI is NOT going to lose because OPTI is in the process of selling INVENTORY and then OPTI will pay Nano."
I actually think we are on the same page here. I mean, we both agree the inventory needs to be paid for. Where we differ, I think, is I believe OPTI WILL, in fact, pay for it.
Of course, we are both entitled to our opinions.
