And my point is...there IS a deal or Nano would have included "inventory" in their Writ. Of course its common practice. I said so in my post. Just because its common practice does NOT mean OPTI is going to lose. LOL!
It is my opinion OPTI is NOT going to lose because OPTI is in the process of selling INVENTORY and then OPTI will pay Nano.
BTW, I believe you put the cart before the horse again. Otherwise, what is the basis for your certainty that OPTI is going to lose?
