Yeah it’s hilarious…lol…but I wasn’t talking about the filings…

I was talking…obviously…about Sharp’s tweet about it happening tomorrow.

The timing is material…and he gave his followers a heads up about the timing on a private Twitter account.

Nowhere in the filings does it say it’s happening tomorrow.
