Designated a Navy Cryptologist, Rear Admiral Andrew M Singer reported to Commander, Naval Security Group Command, Washington, D.C., in October 1986 to serve as Director, Fleet Support Division, Special Operations Department. In July 1990 he reported as Naval Security Group Department Head at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Western Pacific, Dededo, Guam. In July 1992 Rear Adm. Singer reported as Fleet Cryptologist/Command and Control Warfare Officer on the staff of Commander, Seventh Fleet, embarked in USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19) in Yokosuka, Japan. In August 1994 he reported to the National War College. Graduating in June of 1995 he reported to the staff of the Commander in Chief, United States Pacific Command at Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii, where he served as Chief, SIGINT and Information Operations Branch. He reported to the Commander, Naval Security Group Command, Ft. George G. Meade, Md., in 1998 and served as the Director for Operations, Plans and Information operations. He then commanded NSA's Kunia Regional Security Operations Center and Naval Security Group Activity Kunia and reported as Vice Commander, Naval Network Warfare Command in August 2002. In October 2004 he reported as N3/N5 IO and Commander of Naval Security Group Command and in August 2005 he reported as Director for Intelligence, US Pacific Command, Camp Smith, Hawaii.

Major General Darryll D. M. Wong is the commander and chief of staff of the Hawaii Air National Guard. He coordinates the development and implementation of Hawaii Air National Guard policies and provides guidance to all subordinate commanders and staffs. He commands an organization consisting of one of the largest and most diversified Air National Guard Wings with three operational flying squadrons (F-15A, KC-135R and C-17A), combat communications group, and weather flight with a total authorized strength of 2,515 personnel. The units are responsible for the air defense of the Hawaiian Islands with combat-ready fighters on 24-hour alert. As Commander, he is responsible for developing the Hawaii Air National Guard’s strategic and contingency operational plans.
