I've been an ILUS shareholder for a little over 6 months. So, I'm not a rookie here. I was fortunate to be able to buy a number of shares in single digits, but I also bought additional shares in the .40's, 30's and .20's, including today at .22. My average cost has moved up to .16. Still pretty good, but not nearly as good as it was before I purchased the higher priced shares. Anyway, here are some of my thoughts:
1) Obviously, the getting to NASDAQ talk in 6 - 9 months that we heard three or four months ago is not going to happen. There's no way we'll be a NASDAQ stock in just 3 - 6 months from now. No way. The PPS has been going in the opposite direction for a long time and we'd need to be at $2 or $4 in a flash for us to be admitted into the NASDAQ. That's unrealistic. The time frame needs to be extended. OK, I will wait.
2) The company needs to tell us how they are paying for all these acquisitions. And, tell us exactly how much they are paying for each acquisition. We have no idea.
3) Obviously, the company is doing a fabulous job in keeping us updated. On the other hand, they're omitting the financial details of the acquisitions.
4) It's my hope that the company will be forthright and much more open regarding the financial details at the shareholders meeting. I want to hear their plan how they're going to finance everything. How can a small startup company buy a $100,000,000 company without diluting massively?? It's a real headscratcher.
5) I would expect the PPS to rise as we get closer to the shareholder meeting. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the company, I expect the in-person portion of the shareholder meeting to be cancelled. What a pity, but covid will be the reason for the in-person portion being cancelled, not the company.
Needless to say, these next two weeks will be very interesting and informative. Go ILUS!!
