If the Cydy/ Samsung issue is not resolved, it’s over in two months. Possibly the same with Amarex. Everyone who said Cydy was facing desperate financial times was correct. Nader was able to stay in power and buy time all while creating an even bleaker financial picture with his presence and creation of huge legal fees and downward spiral in the stock price.

All predictions were made and on point. This 10Q validated the true picture we were painting.
