Thanks, Zeev. I concur that McGuire is quite bright, and I am far more optimistic than with Payne, but it is no slam dunk...

Don't be surprised if the initial decision is misunderstood by the market for the first few minutes or hours, resulting in some interesting opportunities in one direction or the other.

As for timing, if I had to guess, I would say second week in December. If it's after that, then I would say mid January. This will be a 150-page decision at least.
