Regarding MPH's Ph2 vs Ph3 definitions I would think whatever they are, however they are interpreted is irrelivent at this point because they were developed with the FDA every step of the way.

So, the FDA is working to help companies get their drugs approved? Clearly not. Their goal is to ensure the endpoint is clinically meaningful, which may or may not maximize the chance of a successful trial.
