Yep, that's it. That's why I don't think what we saw yesterday was dilution, it was more likely the 5 minute flipper effect.....when people don't hold something more than 5 minutes, its pretty easy to turn the entire float over 1 1/2 times....lol.

Needs some stronger hands, to lock up a good chunk of the float, it's dangerous to short such a low float, very easy to get burnt.
