Folks should be aware that the float of 2.9M @ OTC Markets is incorrect, that was the old float when Wookey owned RGMP.

Here's what happened, the float was 2.9M, however, only 250K had actually been deposited and held at DTC.....the rest of the float was held by 3 minority shareholders still in certificate form.

So when Phoenixus purchased RGMP from Wookey, they not only bought the usual restricted control block.....but they also acquired those 2.6M unrestricted shares as well. 1M of those share were returned to the company for cancellation.... and the rest then became restricted again, per short swing rules, as that transaction was more than 10%.

Now, its possible, shares could become unrestricted now, it's been more than 180 days... but until they go through the clearing process and end up @ DTC, they can't hit the market and as of Jan 7th, that has not happened, unless that info at OTC Markets is incorrect as well.

Bottomline float is 270K shares until proven otherwise.
