I like the OTC venue. I am just very particular though ;). There are a lot of foreign issuers(ADR's)...and other local issuers that are very clean and promising. This is just a cash rake currently..and I can not blame the previous Block holders..and those involved with the merger here. They are just getting paid...handsomely.

The preferred set up was just that... a set up that played the consolidation after that fact with regards to issuance. That preferred should have been issued prior and consolidated as well. Now they play the December date for some...and smoke it all the way home.
