It’s insane to trust this habitual-liar, non-performing & zero-capability CEO.
His only motive is to keep on showing the carrot to stockholders that US clinical trials will start & meanwhile to do RS followed by issuing more stock at bargain basement price. He’s using GTHP like a washing machine. Pre-soak (show carrot that US clinical trials starting), wash (Issue more stock) & then rinse (RS). Repeat.
Right now there’s absolutely no need to do RS. If he focuses on starting US clinical trials & really start US clinical trials then stock will go up & he can easily uplist to NASDAQ. However this needs ihard work. This lazy CEO is habituated to take short-cuts that why he’s doing RS followed by issue more stock just to screw stockholders. That newly issued stock will come immediately for sell into open market.
