it would be great to have a bi partisan solution

pointing fingers would have to be Bush and Trump and BO and ?

that would distract !!! from building an answer to save all of them from the insanity of it all

(note - if this had lasted 2 years and ended well for us and nation - then that changes the role of Paulson and Bush ---- but it going on and on is likely in large part due to the design and the way things started so they get some of the 12 year blame)
