I am neither impressed or depressed.

My guess is you are in an extremely narrow crowd of shareholders that is impressed with the performance of your investment

Let's look at this seriously for a moment shall we.

- currently based on the websites of Pasaca and Innova it appears that Innova is using an app with each of it's rapid test and that app is incorporated with some part of the QMC HealthID.

- Currently we know that there is a MINIMUM 15 million dollar contact in place to incorporate QMC HealthID technology into Innova products, plus work with Innova to build the next generation in diagnostic testing.

- We know that QMC as of August HAS DRAWN 7.5 million in loans from that contract as.

- Currently we also know, not from QMC (as QMC did not mention the company in their August update)that a partnership has been established with Neurolytixs, a company that patented (or pending depends where you red) biomarkers for TBI conditions which Neurolytixs are working towards bringing to market the next generation of TBI detection test.

- Currently we know that Pasaca has placed a 30 million dollar (I assume audited and thoroughly DD by Pasaca) value on QMC based on the Pasaca / QMC agreement.

- We have also be notified by the company that India deal is still alive.

- The company has also recently announced a new product Vac-chek shortly before they partner company Innova announced that they will be manufacturing and distributing vaccines for Sinopharm.

So please tell us other that failing to keep up with paper work what is there not to like?

Who said anyone was pleased with the gray market?

In fact, I have never before seen anyone pleased by the gray market

I am not pleased by the gray or expert market I am pleased that we didn't end up there.

And firmly believe QMC will relist as a bigger and stronger company than what was delisted. JMHO.

And hoping that Pasaca takes over the reigns.
