Why would a BP pay a premium for Cydy, which has failed at everything, except a trial 3.5 years ago that was subsequently botched on submission of BLA ?

Moreover, CYDY still does not have data for new BLA submission which is being held hostage by Amarex. We have zero idea if and when the HIV BLA will be resubmitted. Nader says… ridiculous !


This type of company is purchased at a discount not a premium. There is no positive momentum here whatsoever. Only wishful thinking and hope. Not much of a business strategy. I just report the news don’t make it. I still hold shares, but Nader has screwed this up so badly, I believe there is little chance for a positive outcome.
