I sold my last million shares to some poor sucker for 3 cents a share (and that was limited liquidity "expert" market). I bet that looks pretty awesome right now to whomever I sold it to. I doubt you'll see the old shares ever registered again. If anything, it'll be new shares and maybe large shareholders with old shares only. JMO. If it was going to trade, the S-1 would already be filed. Ready for the bugle?
