Don't know. When Sandra Thompson released the stress test results and requested input for new capital rule, I had great hopes for favorable changes. But after she reinstated CRTs, I have doubts about anything she does. IMO she is either a crook or a fool. Neither bodes well for the corporations or the shareholders.
