Whether it's a stocks or crypto when it becomes registered, created and validated, authorized-which means that they have completed their legal process and could be freely sold/trade on open market that total amount becomes a circulating supply and whoever buys whatever amount are still counted as circulating supply even if you holding them forever in your possession, because nothing prevents you from throwing everything you got back on market to sell at any given moment. Unless you exercise certain instruments that limits your ability to put your holdings to sell on open market or you burn your coins or crypto or in case with stocks, companies can purchase back on open market their own shares and locking them in a vault for certain period of time than they are taken out of circulation! But if you think otherwise, ok. It really doesn't matter what we think. Prices are moving the way they do not because how we perceive something. Everyone wants to know how price will move tomorrow or a year later and we all make our bets based on our perception just to find out while later how wrong our perception was while other times we could make pretty decent prediction and make a few bucks in process. All these stocks and crypto are pump and dump schemes, it's just some buying and selling at a wrong time. Name of the game is: buy low and sell high! That's it, nothing else. All these charts and scores and prospectus and earnings all of that are there to fool the investors while investors attempt to predict future price movement thats why they are studying the charts all the time and monitoring them closely and become such a professionals in that area because we all wants to make lots of easy money, and some of us do but most of us don't.
