I think I followed

And at first I thought that route was not that much different then kill the SPS and use the WTS. After all it has 6.25B shares v my method of kill SP ---- use wts and have 5B shares

((Then a capital raise is or is not needed))

but wait

Current share holders have 1B shares

The jump to 1,250B pre reverse split does not change that number

So our 1B is then divided by 200 ?

So instead of being 1B out of 5B or 1B out of 6.25B

We are 1B/200 out of the same 6.25 ? We got destroyed if the math is what I see

and that makes sense as the above pays the GOV AGAIN (in some of our views) for its SP --- ?
