Then why does the conservatorship law state in plain english, that the conservator only assumes ASSUMES shareholders rights temporarily until the businesses are stabilized, at which point all shareholders reaquire their rights back. I don't think that happens in any bankruptcy.

Make sure the book says this in the chapter titled mea culpa.
