AMC,

Senordarkness, I think AA could be one of the KEY figures in this chess game. He has to feel the pressure put upon him. The pressure by us AMC retail shareholders. He is responsible for the daily activities of AMC, for the business, for accounting, budgets, etc. But he MUST NOT forget his Superior, aka the MAJORITY SHAREHOLDERS (us AMC retail APEs). If AA does his job orderly he is not allowed to simply IGNORE the fact that there exists a parallel dark pool trading AMC back and forth in a criminal way, naked shorting AMC shares is another criminal activity, all in all amounting to an unprecedented amount of AMC shares of 20 Billions (plus or minus some ...). A CEO denying EVEN THE POSSIBILITY of such criminal activities doesn't act like a CEO of a NYSE-listed company. He acts grossly negligent. Of course such behaviour is subject to legal measures to be taken against such a person.

So, to save his face and prevent him from even being in those crimes he knows what he has to do. One way for him to get out of this mess could be by organising a vote pro/contra legal action.

Let's go for it.

Hodl AMC shares.

Herbert
