Ah, one of those 'horse in front of the cart' kind of things ...

I will call Etrade on this matter... last time I talked to a rep it took a long time holding AND when I talked and then listened, there was a big gap in understanding. In fact, that person had no idea what I was talking about.

I have acquired a better contact now. Better results???
