The Market heard you loud and clear. These FNMA numbers would be devastating to us Average Joes. But they do seem quite realistic.

I for one am glad I have almost no exposure to Commons besides the ones I bought around $0.80 at the end of '21.

I'll be Selling the Pop for sure now knowing Commons are likely to get obliterated in any recap scenario.
