Tornado's came through here a few times, blue tarps do the trick. Even two years later some home's still have them. But blue tarps are apart of home ownership in a tornado area. I have six in my basement, they go with the home.

No reason for any home to ever be wet, mold can set in, then you have new problems.

This is my fourth home, I lived through Hurricane Andrew when I live in West Palm Beach. We were not hurt as much as Homestead, but I lost my insurance carrier when it was over, everyone did.

My damage was manageable, it is a home, get it fixed.
