good morning, fellow APEs! I hope you are all well. I'd like to add a comment as to Adam Aaron's fiduciary duties. It was repeatedly mentioned in earlier posts that AA did not comply with his fiduciary duties. Those duties are - among others - in simplified words to respect the mandate of the majority of shareholders and to do what he is obliged to do by law. And that is to enforce HIS fiduciary duties towards us AMC retail shareholders. And in order to comply with those duties legal counsel and action are indispensable. AA is in the know of all criminal activities around AMC share and to the detriment of us retail shareholders. And he cannot say ".. But I didn't know", "If I'd known that I would have .." - "Please forgive me, dear AMC APEs, now I know you are right,..." Let us sometime have a nice chit-chat for old time's sake on the beach of my wonderful Caribbean island XYZ. The drinks are on me."
All of the above taken into consideration, the only (?) way to comply with his fiduciary duties to the vast majority of AMC shareholders (us APEs) and a very practicable way for him, too: HIRE IMMEDIATELY THE BEST LAWYER(S) WITH THE BEST CONTACTS TO GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES, SEC, BIG BOYS,... AND GIVE HIM THE MANDATE
TO A) determine a Status Quo comprising all TOXIC ACTIVITIES of Shitadel and Cronies done to AMC, providing a SHARE COUNT ("Official" shares on LIT exchange + Dark Pool shares, etc. - in total 20 Billions or so) which should be the basis for our MOASS.
and TO B) GIVE HIM THE MANDATE to ENFORCE all of the above.
The announcement alone of such legal steps could trigger our AMC MOASS!
And the million$-question is ...: how to "suggest" to AA to take such - really huge - legal measures to comply with his fiduciary duties towards the vast majority of AMC retail shareholders. Us APEs who have been defrauded for a long term by Shitadel and cronies. We deserve the BEST legal counsel and ENFORCEMENT. So, CEO AA take ACTION!! And do it also for your peace of conscience!
