LMAO! You don't seem to know much about a company you invested in.

It certainly isn't GAAP compliant to carry forward information that you can't independently verify - neither Schaefer or Pulver got a CE on CCTL because they never included the Bitcoin and Cash on Hand on the Balance Sheet - but Pillsworth did exactly that. You can't include information on the Balance Sheet that isn't true and write a disclaimer - that is securities fraud and exactly why CCTL has a CE.
