I don't think he wants to be current on the federal level. He filed some paper work back in march in colorado and he is ok on state level.This total silence indicates that. He does not care much about his shareholders status. He is cashing profits and his salary from illegal burger and he is fine with that. Or there is some kind of fraud in the restaurant and he cant find an auditor to do the audit due to a major financial irregurality. So he gave up on investors communication.
