I'm also an amateur but I think he is rated as a 5-star analyst. The 20.6% return would mean that you can possibly see a 20.6% return on an investment that he rates. So if you invest $10,000 on stock XYZ it is possible that it can become $12,060 in the future. Nice gain IMO but someone else may be able to clarify it better.
