Government already has the companies working on plans for any cap raise after release, meaning those warrants could very well be gone, otherwise government is putting huge hurdles in place. It's been said in multiple administrations that the companies would be responsible for any capital raises, as it should be, so yes, most likely a shareholder vote. Where does JPS sit again as far as voting rights?
