If one believes in JPS PAR it is 25 (for most) and 50 for some - not sure what 35 is ?

And if the GOV dilutes more than 4:1 (WT level) - then PPS of our shares goes down

I do believe it all pivots - as we know - on what the GOV says is the F and F obligation on the Senior Paper ----100% or paid for money paid already
