You don't know anything about the USA governmental functions. Congress had every right to create a law for mandatory vaccines. The reason they did not, they would be voted out at the next election. That's why Congress knew they could not go against the American people. So no tyranny.

Only tryanny results from non-legislative and non-elected officials mandating vaccines. Is that how Aussie is operating now based on executive fiat and public health gurus to lose their country to tyranny???

Again, you have no idea about American values, McConnell/Congress was "upholding" the American citizens, the same Congress was upholdng American Democracy by not mandating a vaccine because it would go against the people.
