The evidence is now clear that NP directed Amarex to file an incomplete BLA while NP was pumping the stock and selling $15 million of own shares.

I do this as a former shareholders pissed off by NP and the rest of management and their constant fraud deceiving investors.

Never shorted, certainly don't need the money. Plenty of time to put the facts out that highlight the behavior of this management. Today's NASH trial report was another classic false and misleading communication. Headline claimed they met primary and secondary endpoints -- FALSE. The press release had the actual statement that the much hyped cT1 metric failed to show it was better than placebo. Here's the line in the press release:
"Leronlimab compared to placebo also reached NEAR significance for the secondary endpoint cT1."

That means they MISSED the endpoint. Another false and misleading communication by this management.
